NAI Knoxville has represented NHS Development, LLC in the sale of six DaVita Dialysis centers in East Tennessee, totalling over $8,000,000. The transaction was represented my Matt Fentress, RPA, CPM, CCIM, SIOR. The purchaser was represented by Oliver A. Smith, IV, President of Oliver Smith Realty & Auction, Co., Inc.
The dialysis centers were bought by a Delaware entity and are located across various East Tennessee cities including Clinton, Knoxville, Maryville, Morristown, New Tazewell and Sweetwater.
